What I offer

When you’re hurting, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn, finding the right therapist can feel like a leap of faith. If you’ve made it here, I want you to know: emotional safety is at the heart of everything I offer.

At Serenity Creek, I work with adults (18+) navigating a wide range of experiences. My style is flexible, intuitive, and deeply grounded in lived experience. Sessions are shaped around what you need — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

My Specializations

I have extensive experience supporting clients through:

  • Chronic pain and the emotional toll it carries
  • Neurodivergence (Autism and ADHD — diagnosed or self-identified)
  • Addiction and substance use
  • Burnout and work-related stress
  • Trauma and childhood wounds
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Low self-esteem and relationship challenges

Please note: I do not provide therapy for children, couples, or families.

What Sessions Are Like

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. We’ll start by gently exploring what’s going on, identifying what matters most to you, and setting a few simple goals we can revisit together. From there, I offer supportive structure with flexibility:

  • Light, manageable homework
  • Humor and metaphors that make things click
  • Psychoeducation and strategies tailored to your needs
  • Comfort with silence, deep emotions, or messy truths

You don’t need to have the perfect words — I’ll meet you where you are.

Lived Experience, Real Connection

What sets my work apart is the lens I bring through my own life. As someone who is autistic, lives with chronic pain, and shares a home with a neurodivergent partner, I don’t just empathize — I understand. That insight shapes the way I show up: grounded, calm, and without judgment.

Clients often say they feel “more seen and understood than ever before.” That they finally feel safe to be fully themselves. That they leave each session with a deeper sense of clarity, self-connection, or hope.

Therapy with me isn’t rigid or clinical. It’s real. Present. Human.

If this feels like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, I invite you to reach out — I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
